International Association "Georgian Cuisine"(further «Association»)is a non-enterprise (nonprofit) artificial person, based on the membership according to the Civil Code of Georgia. It is a voluntary public association of parties, connected by common activity and professional interests. The Association brings together individuals interested and working in the field of Georgian cuisine across the world, independent experts, temporarily unemployed, teachers of state and commercial educational institutions, coaches, masters in this field and other individuals, who are connected with production and establishment of related fields.
2.1.1. Preserving Georgian cultural heritage, including Georgian cuisine and its popularization, increase of gastronomical culture in our country and abroad;
2.1.2. Building a community of people who love and respect Georgian cuisine, care about its spreading, popularization and development in the world;
2.1.3. Creation of possibilities of acquaintance and study of Georgian cuisine in Georgia and across the world;
2.1.4. Assistance in exchanging experience between professionals and enrichment of Georgian cuisine with worldachievements;
2.1.5. Bringing of Georgian cuisine in accordance with the requirements of international norms and standarts, and training-retraining staff with this goal, diagnostics, determination of competence, increase and improvement;
2.1.6. Defence of interests, assurance of freedom, professional, labor, social-economical, civil rights of employees, involved in systematical and consecutive activity in this field;
2.1.7. Strengthening of principles of social partnership with governmental bodies and bodies of local self-government, employers and their associations;
2.1.8. Realization of collective negotiations, making up field agreements and collective contracts, introducing representatives of the members of the Association into different structures and public associations;
2.1.9. Defending and realization of the rights of the members of the Association, providing informational, consultative, methodlogical and practical aid to members of the Association, arrangement of learning;
2.1.10. Support of women and youth organizations and assistance of their participation.
